We hope you love your Hexi Hau-made items!
We accept returns only for defective or incorrect items because each piece is handmade with care in small batches.
We do not accept returns for a change of mind.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to make it right.

Refund Policy

If your return is approved for a damaged or incorrect item:

  • We will offer you a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 14 days after approval.

Please Note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return

  1. Please email us at hexihaumade@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo.

  3. We will respond within 2 business days to assist you.
